Custom Mission Trips
Built around your group
Most of the trips on this site were designed for a wide range of groups. But some groups need something different. Maybe your church has a long relationship with a community in Guatemala and you want to go back. Maybe you're a school with a tight calendar, or a ministry team that wants to focus on one kind of work. Maybe you just want more say in where you go and what you do.
That's what a custom trip is for.
You tell us about your group, your dates, and the kind of ministry you're drawn to. We take it from there.
What's included
What we take care of.
We've been sending teams for more than thirty years, and we've learned what it takes to get a group onto the field and home again without the leader losing sleep. On a custom trip, we handle:
- Destination and ministry partner selection
- Housing, meals, and in-country transportation
- Ministry schedule and daily logistics
- Fundraising tools and support for every participant
- Travel insurance and risk coverage
- Pre-trip training and preparation for your team
- On-the-ground staff and hosts who know the community
- Debrief and follow-up when you get home
You focus on your people. We take care of everything else.
Who it's for
Who custom trips are for.
- Churches with an established partnership overseas
- Youth groups and schools working around a fixed calendar
- Ministry teams with a specific focus (medical, construction, teaching, discipleship)
- Groups of 10 or more who want a trip that's theirs

We build the plan.
You'll get a proposed destination, ministry focus, schedule, and per-person cost.
