    • Receive a list of mission leader responsibilities and schedule a phone interview.
    • Complete the phone interview and provide two references.
    • Clear a background check.
    • Read the mission leader manual.
    • Attend Leadership Training Camp.
    • Go on a short-term trip as a trainee with an experienced leader.
  • Qualifications:
    • Age 21+
    • High integrity and spiritual maturity
    • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Previous leadership and missions experience
    • Commitment to ongoing training
    • Teachable, motivated, humble, flexible, and open-minded
