Who has time for missions?
Most people spend their entire week facing the rigors of an overloaded schedule, stressful deadlines, and demanding employers.
They
spend their days patiently waiting for the weekend, and their chance to
relax at the lake, work in the yard, or take a quick trip out of town.
What if you had a chance to take a trip that would make a difference
and still make it in to the office or school on Monday morning? What if the students in your youth group had an opportunity to get immersed into a missions setting… over the weekend?
The heart behind Adventure In Missions’ new
3-Day Mission Trips for youth groups is providing an introductory missions opportunity for groups who are new to short-term missions or for whom a longer mission trip just may not be feasible (for time or budget reasons) this year.
With the demands of family and work often making even traditional week-long mission trips difficult to plan and pull off, these new
3-Day Mission Trips
give you a chance to serve and be transformed together.
These mission trips are unique in that you and your
group will be living with those whom you are serving, giving you a
first-hand experience of what life is like for those faced with the
realities of poverty. If your group has never really ministered in an urban setting or been around visible poverty, this is the perfect opportunity to introduce them to the realities of our world and show them how they can make a difference.
