Hiking, traveling, being near water (lakes, oceans, rivers), working out, writing and being outdoors

Where have you traveled for short-term missions?

Kentucky, Tennessee, Greece, Poland, Latvia, Estonia, Germany, Italy, France, Russia, Czech Republic, Lithuania

How has your life changed because of missions?

I’ve gained an understanding of other cultures, myself and grown so much closer to God and His purpose for me. I found a love for serving others and doing so through a compassionate heart for Christ.

FAVORITE STORY

One of my youths on my very first mission trip that I led gave his life to Christ the last night of our trip! The presence of the Holy Spirit was so clear, moving, and palpable that night. I will never forget when he looked at me and said “Thank you for bringing me on the trip. Thank you for helping me in my journey of finding Christ.” It was just one of those nights and experiences that will forever stay with me!
