As God has called me to the mission field, it has been such an honor & humbling experience. It’s an honor because I have never imagined I would be called. Why would God choose me? But He did and He has! I am speechless and blessed with what He has called me to do and be. It’s a very humbling experience and it has allowed me to see life differently, as well as rely and depend on the Lord in a different level. I never know what to expect, but I know I need to pray and seek the Lord to be used by the Holy Spirit.

It’s a time when I feel that God wants to spend with me, as He takes me away from all the noise and takes me to a place where it’s just Him. I love serving the team that has signed up for the trip and the community / people we are there to serve. It truly is an honor and I love it!

My faith in God has changed on how I trust the Lord and in my walk. I have learned to admire life, nature and the simple things. I’ve seen that joy and peace is so necessary in life with God. He is the only one that can truly give us that through His son JESUS!
