Everyone has a story to tell.
When it comes to the World Race you may hear stories about squatty potties and overloaded buses, strange foods, and those weird sandals everyone wears.
Isn’t it more than that?
What about the stories of transformation, redemption, restoration, and healing? What about the God story that is written in each Racer’s life from the moment they find the World Race on Google to arriving back home after an 11-month trip around the world.
Those are the stories worth telling. And retelling. Those are the stories that must be heard. Truthfully, ministry isn’t limited to mud huts and open-air revivals. Going on the World Race means embarking on a journey of change and saying yes to the story God is writing in your life.
Starting this month, we will be releasing a video from one of our World Race alumni on the 11th day of each month for the next 11 months. These videos will be posted on the World Race updates blog. Mark your calendars or subscribe for updates here, and don’t worry about missing a thing.
Here’s
Hope Mendola’s story. It’s one of transformation, love, and – of course – hope.
