Upcoming High School Student Mission Trips

AIM is always exploring new possibilities for how we can bring together the world of short-term missions and discipleship. Here is another opportunity to do just that with our new off-season mission trips.

If you didn’t get to go on a mission trip this summer or are looking for another adventure soon, check out our fall and winter mission trips for high school students (groups and individuals).

We’re offering some exciting mission trips for high school students, as well as new 3-Day mission trips, a winter retreat in Mexico, and other exciting discipleship and missions opportunities.

In the past we’ve sent high school students on mission trips to places like Guatemala and the Dominican Republic during their winter breaks. Of course, you’ll always need to check our website for the most up-to-date list of upcoming mission trips. Here is a look at a couple of those locations and the ministry offered:

countries in Latin America. Read more…

The Dominican Republic comprises the eastern two-thirds of the island
of Hispaniola, which it shares with Haiti. Long known for its dominance
in sugar production, the Dominican Republic has one of the largest
economies in the region. But despite living in one of the Caribbean’s
leading tourist destinations, the Dominican people are suppressed by
unemployment, government corruption, and inconsistent electric service. Read more…

Another missions opportunity that has become popular for youth groups who are looking to take their first steps into urban and homeless ministry is our new 3-day mission trips.

Sleep, eat, and serve alongside the destitute and downtrodden of the
area. These mission trips are unique in that you live with those whom
you are serving, giving your group a deeper understanding of what life
is like for the less-fortunate as your eyes are opened to the realities
of poverty. Read more…
