We’ve taken more than 80,000 people on short-term trips. And many of those have gone with us on a longer journey, a journey of discovering God’s kingdom together in the dark and dirty corners of the world.
We’ve done things that were beyond our initial dreams – establishing a training center in Mexico that sends Latinos as missionaries to Muslim lands and sending thousands to New Orleans to bring hope in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. We’ve found ourselves caring for several thousand orphans in Africa and India. And through the World Race, we’re awakening twenty-somethings to live radically for Christ. And along the way, we’re learning to dream God’s dreams.
It sure has been a pleasure to partner with you. You, our partners in ministry have been a constant source of encouragement and support. If we could, we’d take you with us around the world to see the many lives that have been changed. The prostitutes in Thailand, the AIDS victims in Swaziland, the crack addicts in inner city Philadelphia. So many have been touched in Jesus’ name because of you and your generosity, and we’re so very grateful.
