Honduras

Hey ya’ll this past week was great. On Thursday we traveled to Honduras and spent the weekend there. It was awesome to experience a different culture. It was surprising to see how different the cultures were even though the countries are so close together. While we were there we were blessed by the people there and were so incredibly loved on. Even when they didn’t have much they were so generous in giving us what they could. It was a good reminder that it is a greater blessing for one to give than to receive.
 
While we were there we visited several churches and schools. The men of our team were able to do some prison ministry in the area (however us girls were not able to go due to safety issues). They had an amazing experience in which several men came to know Christ. While they were there us girls went to the local hospital and did prayer ministry there.
 
Over all it was a truly refreshing time that we really needed. It was such a blessing to be able to serve there as well.
