Can’t Complain…

Hello U.S of A! Whelp, this is my third blog of my mission trip in Guatemala. On this blog, I would like to talk to you all about how God has opened my eyes to complaining. Complaining, to express feelings of pain, dissatisfaction, or resentment. About 2 weeks ago my team and I were coming across some issues about the ministries here in Guatemala. Most of that was about the time issues here in Guatemala. That being we will be told a time to be somewhere but we will have to wait 30 minutes to an hour before we leave or someone even shows up. But that is just the culture here in Guatemala. So what we were having was a culture clash. Then this culture clash turned into complaining. So were siting at feed-back (this is when the team comes together and gives constructive criticism or calls out greatness in our teammates) and my team and I were complaining about the issue of time. After my team and I had pretty much said everything they needed too, one of our teammates spoke truth over the team. Basically he said that we have freedom in Christ and we have been saved by his grace on the cross from eternal damnation in hell. So we have absolutely nothing to complain about because we have a relationship with the everlasting God of the universe! So today, tomorrow, or later on in life when it comes down to complaining. Just remember that God has saved us from an eternity in hell and to walk in freedom in Christ from complaining. I hope everyone has a very blessed week and that it’s a complain free one at that! Love y’all and God bless! ALL GLORY TO GOD! Walker Vines.
